Careful packaging
Every print is packed flat between two sturdy cardboard plates, in a protective envelope. This ensures your watercolour arrives undamaged. Large formats are shipped in a reinforced shipping box.
Delivery times
Orders are processed and printed within 2 business days. After that, your order is shipped via PostNL (Netherlands) or DPD (international).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €2.50 per order, regardless of the number of prints. Shipping includes track & trace so you can always follow your package.
Returns
Not satisfied? Contact us within 14 days of receipt via the contact page. . You can return the print in its original packaging. After receipt and inspection, you will receive a full refund.
